Hey there, I'm Amy Garcia, and I recently picked up the Insta360 One RS Twin edition from your shop. The service I received was top-notch from beginning to end. I really wish I had caught the name of the guy who assisted me; he seemed to be the main person on duty, maybe even the manager? He did a fantastic job of walking me through the whole ordering process since I live in a rural area and was a bit confused about the shipping details. He was super helpful and really knew how to treat customers, making the whole experience a pleasure for me.

the costs feel a bit high for what you get in return. sometimes there's a careless vibe. their knowledge about cameras is okay, but it ain't top-notch. can be a bit rude at times.
